When I wanted to confirm a work request, the person placed the phone on the desk and waited for about 40 seconds, then disconnected call. Had them install geothermal system. Refused to provide receipt for six months. By then the state tax credit expired, costing us $2000. System works poorly, won't respond to calls. Legal action is next.

We also purchased the service/maintenance agreement. When it stopped working, they would not return our calls. We called and called and called. Once, we actually got someone on the phone, and he said someone would be out the next day. No one showed and no one will call us back.

I had a broken compressor. These guys will constantly push you to buy a new unit. They will mention everything from the refrigerant, air handler, how Trane employees left for Amana/Goodman, and the tax credit to convince you to buy a new unit. I reluctantly bought a Goodman unit. Unit struggles to keep up during the hottest part of the day. I tried calling and emailing. They do not answer their emails or website questions. Before my purchase, they answered promptly and returned calls immediately. It\\\'s after the purchase and work performed when they start ignoring you. When they do pick up, they keep telling me in an hour they will call me back. They never call you back. This went on for 3 straight days. I gave up and moving on.
