Date: Sep. 12, 2008 I wanted to let you know how appreciative I am of the work done for Pite Duncan, LLP at suite 404 in Mission Courtyard. The business is one of our key tenants in the building and the owner has had AC problmes in his suite going back to before I started here this past April. I've probably called in over a dozen service calls with one of your competitors and yet couldn't get things taken care of in over five months. Taking care of the installation is something I would normally expect, but Don really went over and above in dealing with the tenant, communicating to me what was happenig, and checking in constantly to give both the tenant and I regular progress reports. He helped what could easily have been a nightmare turn into a pretty smooth installation, all things considered. The owner of the business is notoriously tough, and he called me today to express his sincere apprecation to Western Mechanical for finally solving his AC problems. I want to pass that on to you.
