He provided a quote for the unit that turned out to be accurate. He came on time. He worked very quickly. He and his crew stayed late one evening to complete something because he had another job the next morning and would not be able to come until the afternoon. He and his workers were very professional. The unit works like a dream.

Robert Valdez seemed very knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions. His quote was fair and the removal of my old system and installation of the new system was very professional. After installation, he ensured I had all the necessary paperwork and information (model numbers,serial numbers and other required reference paperwork) to submit my $600 Rheem rebate, $240 CPS Energy rebate, and $1500 federal tax credit. I like my new energy efficient cooling and heating system with programmable touchscreen thermostat.
