Mr Robinson, is one of the most honest men that I have come across in a very long time. My heat went on the blink and I called him he diagnosed my problem over the phone and walked me through what needed to be done instead of making a service call and charging me for a simple repair. I will definitely recommend him to alll of my family and friends.

Whenever possible, Richard will talk you through simple troubleshooting. It promotes more goodwill than going to someone's home and flipping a tripped breaker or securing a furnace door on that has tripped a safety. No bill and good will that goes a long way.

Mr. Robinson and his wife did everything they could to help me duing the snow storm we had in January. They were able to repair my 25 year old heat pump. Mr. Robinsn even asked if I needed anything from the store since I could not leave my house. I have never had that kind of generosity when I just needed my heat fixed.

The Robinson family owned business has been servicing my home for years. They are very honest and I can trust them in my home even if I am not there. They installed a new Goodman system for me and I have had no problems with it. I do have them come out twice a year to service it, as is recommended. The office staff is very pleasant and helpful as are the service techs. When my old system died they helped me choose the right system for my needs. After using the Robinsons for the past 15 years I can't say I have had one problem.
