Finally, please tell us about your experience with this contractor:
Don't let them install a unit for you. You call after they install it and they NEVER call back. Have left several messges because my unit is not working. They installed this unit under a year ago. Also, Reporting them to the county! Have called and called them about an inspection I need to have done. IT NEVER GOT DONE! This place used to be so good. I don't know what has happened in the past year but they have gone down. Was satisfied when they installed my fast unit (many years ago) thats why I went back with them. I want them now to just come take the unit and give me my money back. I will be calling county very soon and possibly getting a lawyer.
What upset me the most was the one time I finally got the man on the phone. HE TOLD ME HE WAS SO BUSY AND HAD TO CALL ME BACK! ....... he never called back
Well, I am busy too and expect to have something installed and work right.
I feel I got ripped off and they just took my money.
I do not want them to contact me. I have tried for over a year. Now I am writing this review so that no one gets ripped off the way that I did! they need to be investigated.
