Filed complaint with BBB - this contractor designed/installed my HVAC 2 yrs ago - have had numerous ongoing problems with boh equipment & workmanship - they have finally taken care of all problems with the exception of a thermostat misplaced so one whole zone doesn't turn on refuses to discuss. Would NOT recommend.
