My air conditioner was backed up and overflowing into a storage area. This was peak season when temperatures were in the upper 90s every day. Nascair sent a technician out within hours of my call and had me all fixed up within an hour. I was so pleased with the quality of the service,I scheduled my semiannual msintenance with them. They did not require a contract as do other companies. Once again I was pleased with the service, the timeliness and professionalism of the technician and the personal care. I have recommended them to a number of my neighbors and the feedback has been excellant.

I contacted NASCAIR for install a system to bring in fresh air for my new house. With the newly built house very energy effective, it is very important fresh air can be brought in otherwise it will result in serious indoor air quality issues. I got their name from Angies list as well as recommended by the local distributer of HVAC systems. Dave, the owner of the NASCAIR spent time going over the options with me and helped me selected one vendor. They came very quickly after they received the parts, and installed two Renewaire ERV systems in my house and Yes, they did a nice job. The reason I like to recommend them is they are very professional and patient to address my concerns. They are not just installed the system and leave. They try explained things to me in a way normal people can understand and try hard to address all my concerns until I completely satisfied, even this is 1 month after installation. Many contractors can install ERV systems, but not everyone can install it correctly, the installation had to be adjusted for different house. So getting a real experienced contractor is very critical. I will certainly use NASCAIR for my HVAC next time.

David Drew and Mike Theissen and staff are great to work with. I have contracted them to install a new HVAC component to an addition onto my house. They are very competitively priced. As part of this addition they were going to replace my very outdated AC unit with a new heat pump. Unfortunately for me, my AC unit kicked the bucket before I was ready to add on. They were great in that they came out within 2 days and replaced my AC unit with the agreed upon Heat Pump. They let me pay for that and they kept the remodel work separate. I am now ready for them to finish the HVAC work on the addition and they have picked up right where we left off! seemless! If you are considering upgrading your current heating or cooling system or adding on to your house then you should definitely consider this group of people. Their level of enthusiasm really outstanding.

AWESOME... very personal service. it s true that they treat you as well as they would treat thier own parents. They could have suggested we spend lots of $$$ on a new heat pump.. they fixed the one we had for MUCH MUCH less instead. Thanks!
