Finally, please tell us about your experience with this contractor:
I called them because of their slogan, "Comfort today or you don't pay" but that is false advertising. Their technician came out but did not have the correct parts to do the repair. He told me it would be several days because he had to order the part. He then told me that the charge was $75. I told him he didn't fix my problem so I should not be charged. He told me I had to pay for the service call. I called the office but because it was a weekend, only dispatch was available and told me to call the office on Monday. I called the office on Monday and was told that their technician did go to me and was willing to fix the problem so I had to pay for the service call. After arguing my point for several minutes, I hung up. I called someone else who fixed the problem immediately and contacted the BBB. I finally got my money back for the original service call. When the BBB contacted me to see if I was satisfied, I told them that I was satisfied with that fact that the money for the service call was returned but I was dissatisfied with their false advertising. They are still running the same ads saying "Comfort today or you don't pay" which is a lie.
