Finally, please tell us about your experience with this contractor:
This company installed a new A/C system and has serviced an older second system. It is a supper company and I would highly recommend them. I can't imagine the experience of the phone call and hang up sighted by the one reviewer.

My AC went down this morning. I called their company and a young woman answered \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"yeah\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" as if she was expecting a personal call. When asked if this was a business she said yes this is Libby Twins then asked if i can be put on hold and hung up. She has not since picked up the phone! Bad customer service.

I called Libby Twins to install new attic ducts, due to remodeling, from my existing bathroom and kitchen exhaust fans. Their crew came promptly. They were on time and very professional. They covered my floors with plastic runners wherever they walked. In my 27 years as a homeowner, that was a first for me.
Libb Twins crew did exceptional work, the men were clean cut, respectful, friendly, and neat. I am getting ready to replace my central a/c-heat pump soon. Libby Twins will be the one I call.
