Have been a customer since they installed the unit in 2001. Up until about 2 years ago they were fantastic and very fair on price. However, since the housing bust this company is over charging for service. And they don't blush about it either stating - "you could find someone less expensive then us." What a shame that they lost a 10 year customer over a couple hundred dollars.
