Finally, please tell us about your experience with this contractor:
Simply the Best! Kissinger Air Conditioning & Heating and their field service technicians were prompt, courteous & respectful through out the entire installation process. Each technician was knowledgeable & provided additional details to any questions that were asked regarding the installation. We also had two other Heating & A/C companies come to our house and give us estimates along with Kissinger who overall provided a better proposal, competitive costs, superior equipment & included the two additional vents to be installed in both room additions of house. The other two companies both said it would be impossible and would not include in estimate. Israel, the company supervisor met first thing in the morning with the crew and completed a walk through while giving instructions for installation. He then left for the afternoon and would be back towards the end of the day. Richard Kissinger, the owner himself, also came by the house to check on the technicians and if we had any other additional questions for him or anyone else. The Customer Service provided was Simply the Best! I would recommend Kissinger A/C & Heat for all your home maintenance needs! Staci & John B. Ontario, CA

seriously - the owner was so curteous and considerate - got someone out to us w/in 24 hours - did the job in mintutes and charged as much as some repair companies charge just to come out! we will use them from now on for all our a/c, heater needs and will always refer friends to them. Thank you!
