- Type of Work Performed: A tech came out to my home and charged me $129.00 just for the service call. They wanted over $550.00 to clear my kitchen drain plus the $550.00.
- Date of Work Performed: I did not allow them to perform the repair. They were extremely over priced.

I called in for a service call and the representative did not mention that if I could wait one more day that instead of the $129.00 service charge that it would have only been $39.00 for a regular weekday call. I found this to be deceitful and not honest. Since I did not have water flowing anywhere I would have preferred to wait one more day to save so much on that ridiculous over priced service call charge.
