Finally, please tell us about your experience with this contractor:
had them come out to give estamate and next day went to office to sign up for there 12 month free financing and it is every thing but free ended up being 8.5 percent the biggest bait and switch i have ever seen the estimate was for 2784 get to office and it goes to 2900 tech made a mistake of 116 it is the only place i have ever shoped at that keeps there front office door locked now i no why i would run and run fast and far from this company for any one in the area call aldons very proff for over forty years

Finally, please tell us about your experience with this contractor:
Great price, and worked great. I bought a ten yr guarantee on parts and labour. 7 yrs later it broke. No service, won't honour warranty. Two [profanity] claim to own business and are very un professional. Don't go near them with a 10 ft pole.

Finally, please tell us about your experience with this contractor:
This has to be the worst customer service I have ever seen. We had gotten our AC put in by this company. Trying to get a new filter we called them up, and after the woman saying she was the (owner) cursed my girlfriend out when she was just asking for a new filter, we went over to there store to pick the filter up, cause that's what the owner said to do, and when we get there, another woman went searching for the filter and came up with nothing, at that point, I was just looking at some of there certificates on the wall and the owner blew up on both me and my g/f, kicking us out and calling the police on us. If there were any witnesses that weren't friends with that woman they would definitely be on our side. Both the women that were in there working were insane, one woman that barely spoke or understood english correctly was yelling help to the police on the phone, when we were just walking to our cars.. Crazy, power hungry women if you ask me.. I do not recommend this company if you plan on calling them back in the future...
