They called back right away, and came out to the house right away. For a basic job there price was outrageous! They would not work on the price and everyone I talked to just keep saying "It's not me its the Boss." But yet I can't talk to the boss? The boss does not take phone calls, or go on jobs. I called another company while they where here and was quoted a price 2.5x lower then what they had to offer me and was told to just pay the service charge and go with another company. I was told "We really don't care, we are a member of the chamber of commerce of Palm Bay. The city pays higher prices to us without even asking a question." AVOID A best Air and heat ripoff, unless you don't mind spending 2.5 times more than retail price for less quality work. They also quoted me work on my system needed to be cleaned and replaced when my system is 5 years old, and it was just cleaned less then 3 months ago, but had the tech looked at the unit he would have seen that. A Best Air and Heat has made it clear they are in the business of stealing from the customer to support poor business practice as their contact with the city is there money maker. So they rip us off everyday by overcharging my city on work. I'm glade they let me know they get my money either way because City work is payed with my tax dollars. Real nice guys, Real nice. I am both shocked and amazed any company would act like this or talk to customers like this. Save your self a lot of time, money, and misinformation and call someone else.

I have to say that this scenario sounds fictitious. Our technicians would never make comments such as these and the boss is ALWAYS available to answer any concerns with an unhappy customer. We have been in business for over 25 yrs and hold high accreditation with the BBB. Service Is Our Business and our prices are very competitive. I welcome Mr. Suck to call me to discuss this further.
