great work on my air conditioning system....it was old and they gave me choices (which I appreciated)...I chose to replace the old thing and I\'m so glad I did. on another occasion I had one of their refrigerator guys here....he was very experienced and fixed my freezer. (we have ice again!)

Beware deceptive practices. They will quote you one rate and then charge another. Do Not Give them your credit card number, they will charge whatever they want and not what you agreed to. Of course you can dispute it and they have no leg to stand on but why put yourself through the hassle. Took them 4 visits and 3 wrong parts to fix the appliance and I am out the money for the unnecessary parts because they installed them even though they didn\\\'t fix the problem.

A Plus was called out to a job to repair 2 appliances. We diagnosed the problems and customer chose to purchase their own parts AFTER we gave our diagnoses. We repaired the dryer for $125 Labor Charge. The Trash Compactor electrical switch parts were also ordered by customer. On our first visit we charged a labor charge of $125 an hour, which the first tech spent over an hour. It was necessary to return to the job and spend another hour which completed the repair. We charged a Special price of $210 (instead of $250) for the repair of the Trash Compactor which took over 2 hours of labor. Customer was made aware of these charges upon completion of the job.

I wanted to let everyone know that my experience with this company A PLUS was a positive one....I had Carlos, the service tech come to my home last week and he got my air running---I would certainly use them again for any problem in my house...
