What Problem Does Icing On The Coils Point To?

There is some icing above the filter on the AC coils. What needs to be done?

A coil generally ices up when the system is undercharged with refrigerant or there is some sort of obstruction in the lines that causes the coil to be starved.

A licensed contractor can check for leaks, charge the system and/or flush the lines to help resolve the issue. Click the Find a Contractor tab on www.acdoctor.com

Low refrigerant charge, Check for the leak first. Also check definite purpose contactor if it is stuck.
