During Heating Cycle My Central AC Liquid Line Is Very Cold (frost)in The Home And Sight Valve Shows Liquid Moving

The liquid line has liquid flowing in it at times (per sight glass) during heating season. The line has frost and condenses moisture in the home at times. It is a very high SEER unit.

There is no excess misture in the home nor dryer vent leak. The opening for the lines is sealed where it enters the home.

I would not want to install a check valve in the line.

What is the probable cause?
